摘要

Abstract

To achieve harmonious doctor - patient relationship is an important value pursuit of hospital management. During the process of dealing with the complaint petition letter from the masses, manager's attention, mutual trust between doctors and patients, effective ethical mechanism response to complaints of letters and visits, is matter of solution to complaint petition letters and the construction of harmonious doctor - patient relationship.
