摘要
Abstract
Objective: to approach of the role of PBL in education of the Doctor - Patient Communication Capability of Medical Students. Method: The medical intern in our school were divided into the PBL group and the orthodox Teaching group. In the PBL group, the students are the core, and it's basic educational model is; to guide the questions (or subtle explain) →self - study ( and clinical practice) → discussion→appraisal. In the orthodox Teaching group, the teachers are the core, and it's basic model is: the theory class→learning on the job class. To examine the capability of Doctor - Patient communication for two groups students by patients or their families and teachers alone. Result:The students in PBL group have generally super - score which contrast to the students in orthodox Teaching group. Conclusion: PBL Teaching mode can raise the Doctor - Patient communication capability of medical students which contrast to orthodox teaching mode obviously.关键词
