A Survey on Medical Graduate Ethical Education

Abstract
Objective: To probe the situation and strategies of medical Graduate ethical education. Methods: The self - made scale was used to questionnaires for the graduates in the first health care hospital of women and infants and Tongji hospital affiliated Tongji University. A total of questionnaires is 87 copies, and received 84 valid questionnaires copies. All receive copies were analyzed with SAS9. 1 software. Results: In the understanding degree for the medical oath, in the ability of doctor - patient relationship communication and whether or not to rush to the first line, The score of girls are higher than boys (P<0. 05 , P < 0. 05,P<0.01) ; The scores in doctor - patient communication and whether the courage to rush to a line was increased with the age growth (P <0.01,P<0.05) ; In the responsibility sense was reduced with age growth ( P < 0. 01) ; in understanding for medical ethical norm and medical the oath only children students slightly lower than the only - child children (P < 0. 05) ; Doctoral students relative to the master pay more attention to the individual interests (P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion: The mainstream consciousness of medical ethics education is positive, but it is still severe. To foster a noble medical graduate student, we need to strengthen their medical ethics education and to improve education method.关键词
