Research on the Cultivated Effect of the Humanistic Caring Ability of Nursing Undergraduates
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the training effects of the nursing students in the humanistic caring ability of nursing undergraduates. Method:72 undergraduate internships in a third - grade class - A hospital are not only unconsciously influenced by the humanistic caring ideas of their tutors, but also taken a role model, daily record, conversational humanistic care to cultivate the humanistic care ability. Results: Before and after the measure, the humanistic caring ability and nursing work satisfaction survey are significant differences( P <0.05). Conclusion:The training of the humanistic caring ability of nursing undergraduates, can enhance the clinical nurses'care ability, and improve the satisfaction of nursing.关键词
