Development of semi-solid state reagent plates used for biochemical detection

Abstract
Objective:To develop semi-solid reagents plates used for a portable device adapting to the outer environment. Methods:Semi-solid chemical reaction was applied and the reagents required for the testing items were fixed on the carrier plate when the tiny blood sample could react with the reagent chamber and produce color after the accurate low-speed centrifugation, and the color of the final test represents the content of the corresponding items. Results:The semi-solid biochemical reagent plate mainly included potassium, sodium, glucose, urea, creatinine and transaminases. Fifty samples were collected, and the results got from the auto analyzer and this portable device were compared , showing relatively good correlation, r0.95. Conclusion:The performance of detection could match the level of conventional biochemical method, and it has unique advantage, such as flexible and cost-effective mobility, especially helpful to evaluate the health of the common people and soldiers in the elementary army units and satisfy the urgent need of disaster and war wounds treatment.关键词
