Abstract
To briefly analyzes the general situation of domestic medical devices maintenance and the main problems including the lack of criterion and the shortage of certification to professionals and service providers, which would delay the industry development and remain a very high Total Cost of Ownership （TCO）. Three modes of maintenance--original manufacture service, self maintenance and the third-party service are explained. The idea of using self maintenance as a major method, reasonably assorting with others are raised, which in order to improve self maintenance capacity, strengthen personnel training, restrict high cost, standardize the third-party service, control the TCO and ensure the safety and validity in clinic operations. A plan about introducing insurance mechanism in medical devices maintenance and utilizing glossary database and other technology, such as pattern recognition, as assistants in maintenance are proposed.关键词
