摘要

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the serious loss of hospital medical engineer by using medical economic method and provide related political selection.Methods: We established an economic model of engineer's loss based on analysis of cost-benefit theory.Results: By analyzing the model causing the loss of engineer,we have concluded that the cost,benefit and time were the key variables which cause the loss of engineer.There was a way to solve the issue of engineer's loss if we can deal with the three variables of cost,benefit and time.Conclusion: By analyzing the model that causes the loss of engineer,we have concluded that increasing the opportunity cost,increasing the benefit and extending the working life are the main measures which can solve the trouble of engineer's loss.
