Abstract
Objective: To investigate the ureter 64-slice spiral CT angiography(CTU) reconstruction algorithm for different post-processing applications in the ureter disease,and discuss the application of results.Methods: Clinical diagnosis and pathological diagnosis of ureteral disease 30 cases for the study,by delaying the scanning,thin reconstruction approach.Reconstruction of post-processing using surface reconstruction(CPR),multi-planar reconstruction(MPR),maximum intensity projection(MIP) method,analysis of different reconstruction methods for image quality,disease,and to determine the accuracy of the proximity of the application.Results:(1) CPR: Excellent image quality rating in 27(90%),rated poor in 3 cases(10%).To determine the accuracy of disease: ureteral calculi 100%(18/18);ureteral tumor 60%(3 / 5);ureterocele 100%(3 / 3);congenital ureteral stenosis 100%(2 / 2);ureter inflammation of 100%(2 / 2).(2) MPR display: the image quality rating for 24 patients(80%),rated as poor in 6 cases(20%).To determine the accuracy of disease: calculus 100%(18/18),tumor 80.0%(4 / 5),cyst 100%(3 / 3),congenital stenosis 100%(2 / 2),inflammation of 100%(2 / 2).(3) MIP display: the image quality rating for 19 cases(63.3%),rated as poor in 11 cases(36.7%).Disease to determine the accuracy: 83.3% stones(15/18),40.0% tumors(2 / 5),cyst 66.7%(2 / 3),congenital stenosis 50.0%(1 / 2),inflammation of the 50.0%(1 / 2).Conclusion: According to the imaging of ureteral diseases,by selecting the appropriate method to complete the reconstruction shows the anatomical relationship between the ureter,to make a correct clinical diagnosis of secondary help guide clinical treatment.关键词
