摘要
Abstract
Objective： To observe the effect of two methods to promote recovery of gastrointestinal function after total or sub-total hysterectomy. Methods： Epidural anesthesia was performed in both experimental and control group. In the experimental group, stellate ganglion block was conducted at postoperative 6h with bilateral alternating once a day. In the control group, zusanli injection was used twice a day. Results： The postoperative patients exhaust time was （24.5±8.5）h and （33.2±9.0）h in the experimental group and control one,respectively. There was significant difference between the 2 groups （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Postoperative stellate ganglion block has good curative effect to promote recovery of gastrointestinal function after hysterectomy.关键词
