Compatible Stability of Cefoselis Sulfate Injection in Compound Amino Acid Injection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the compatible stability of Cefoselis Sulfate Injection in Compound Amino Acid injection. Methods To study the mixed fluid changes in appearance, pH value within 6 h at 4,25,37 ℃ , and to determine the content of cefoselis sulfate in Compound Amino Acid Injection and in Dextran 40 Glucose injection by RP - HPLC. Results There were no evident changes in appearance, pH value and the content of the mixed fluid within 6 h at 4,25,37 ℃. Conclusion The Cefoselis Sulfate Injection in Compound Amino Acid Injection can be mixed to use within 6 h under 4,25,37 ℃.关键词
