摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish the graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry(GFAAS) method for determination of trace lead and cadmium in vitamin C. Methods The determined wavelength was at 283. 3 nm for lead,228. 8 nm for cadmium,the lamp current was 2. OmA, the slit-width was 0. 4 nm. Results In the range of the lead in 0. 0 - 10. 0 ng/mL, cadmium in 0. 0-0. 5 ng/mL, the content had a good linear relationship with the absorbance, and the average recovery was 98.6% and 97.8% , RSD was 1.1% and 1. 5% (n = 9) respectively. Conclusion This method is accurate and reproducible for determining the lead and cadmium in vitamin C.
