摘要
Abstract
Objective An HPLC method was established for the simultaneous determination of geniposide and baicalin in Erlong Pills. Methods The separation was performed on an Agilent Extend - C18 column(250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm) using methanol - 0. 5% glacial acetic acid solution by gradient elution,the flow rate 0. 8 mL/min,the UV detection was set at 240 nm,the injection volume was 10 μL, the column temperature was at room temperature. Results Geniposide and baicalin could be completely separated from interfacing impurity peaks. Geniposide showed good linear relationship when the amounts was between 0. 054 4-0. 544 0 |xg( r = 0. 999 7, n = 5 ) and the linear range of baicalin was 0.313 6-3.136 0 μg( r = 1.000 0, n = 5).The average recoveries of geniposide and baicalin were 97. 38% ,97. 86% respectively. RSD was 1. 14% ,0. 62%( n = 6 ),respectively. Conclusion Two ingredients in Erlong Pills could be determined simultaneously by this method which is convenient, rapid and accurate. It can be used for quality control in the production of Erlong Pills.关键词
