Abstract
Objective To establish the determination method of quality control of Dingxuan Granules. Methods The TLC method for Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Angelica Sinensis, Fructus Lycii. The contents of ferulic acid and paeoniflorin in Dingxuan Granules was determined by HPLC. Results Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Angelica Sinensis Fructus Lycii could be identified by TLC. The linear relation ship was good. The average recovery of ferulic acid was 97.36% , RSD was 0. 79%; The average recovery of paeoniflorin was 97.54% , RSD was 0. 75%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and with a good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of the granules.关键词
