Abstract
Objective To develop a GC method for determining the content of eugenol in Kelisha Capsules to control the quality better. Methods The sample was analyzed by HP Innowax column( 30 mm × 0.32 mm, 0.25 μm )with FID detector. The initial temperature was set at 100 ℃ ,then risen to 200 t with the rate of 10 ℃/min by temperature programming and kept for 5 min. The flow rate was at 1.2 mL/min.The split ratio was 5 : 1,the injection volume was 1 μL. Results The linear range of eugenol was 0.072 6-1.21 μg (r = 0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 97.62% and RSD was 0.56% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate with good reproducibility,which can be used for quality control of this preparation.关键词
