反相高效液相色谱法测定家兔体内乙酰半胱氨酸血药浓度
Determination of Acetylcysteine in Rabbit Plasma by RP-HPLC

Abstract
Objective To establish a method for acetylcysteine in rabbit plasma by RP-HPLC.Methods The samples were separatedon an Eclipse XDB-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),using a mobile phase of 0.01 mol/L phosphoric acid and methanol(47:53)at 30℃,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min,the detection wavelength was set at 257 nm.Results the recoveries of the control samples oflow, medium and high conceatrations of precisions, the intraday RSDs were 0.90%,1.36% and 2.15%;and the interday RSDs were1.15%, 2.31% and 4.98%.The standard curve was linear ocer the range of 4-80 μg/Ml concentrations of the acclylcysreine(r2=0.9997).Couclusion This method is simple, accurate, reproducible,andsuitable for the detemination of acelysieine in rabbitplasma.关键词
