Abstract
Objective To research the separation and purification of Lamiophtomis rotata Lotal flavonoids conditions and technical parameters. Methods Determination of gardenia glycoside 8 - 0 - methyl and acetyl melhyl glucoside by HPLC, single blind UV spec-trophotomneLry of Lotat Flavonoids in ihe I nvestigated in aero porous res in punficalion process. Results D - 101 resin for the enn chine nl ofherbs),the sample liquid at room Lemperalure, the adsorption velocity 3 BV/h(BV multiple of the column bed volume),70% ethanol eluant.elution How rale 5 BV/h, eluting agent is 10 BV.
