Abstract
Objective To analyze the reasons and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions (ADR) occurred in hospital to promote rational drug use. Methods Two hundred and twenty cases of ADR reports collected in our hospital from January 2009 to August 2011 were performed the statistical analysis in aspects of age, sex, route of administration, drug categories inducing ADR, involved organs or systems and the clinical manifestations, etc. Results Of 220 cases of ADR reports, the number of involved drug kinds totaled 94. Seventy -two point twenty - seven percent of ADR was induced by intravenous administration and 44. 09% induced by anti - infective drugs. Lesions of skin and the appendants accounted for 31. 36%. Conclusion Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring in clinic. And the related ADR reporting and analyzing system should be perfected to ensure clinical safe, effective and rational use of drugs.关键词
