Abstract
Objective To investigate the efficacy and the side effects of Viable Organism Lactobacillus Capsule in the treatment of trichomonas vaginitis. Methods A hundred patients with trichomonas vaginitis were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (50 cases) was treated with metronidazole, while the treatment group (50 cases) with Viable Organism Lactobacillus Capsule. The changes of the physical signs and the various laboratory indexes were compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment with Viable Organism Lactobacillus Capsule, the symptoms and the physical signs were significantly improved with the total effective rate of 92. 00%, which in the metronidazole group was 88. 00%. No obvious adverse reactions occurred during treatment of Viable Organism Lactobacillus Capsule. Conclusion Viable Organism Lactobacillus Capsule has a good effect in the treatment of trichomonas vaginitis, which can be popularized in clinical practice.关键词
