Abstract
Objectives To explore the method, effect and safety of oxygen - driving and atomized mucosolvan inhalation combining with holistic nursing in treating child severe bronchial pneumonia. Methods Eighty - six children patients with severe bronchial pneumonia were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group, 43 cases in each group. The control group was given the conventional treatments of anti - infection, symptomatic treatment, nutritional support and corresponding nursing according to doctor's advice. On the basis of conventional treatment and care of control group, the observation group was given oxygen - driving and atomized mucosolvan inhalation, also given special nursing on the key points. The clinical efficacy and safety were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates in the observation group and the control group were 93.02% and 76.74% respectively. The disappearing time of clinical symptom and inflammation in chest X - ray, and hospital stay in the observation group all were shorter than those in the control group with statistical difference (P < 0. 01) . There were no obvious adverse reactions in two groups during treatments. Conclusion Oxygen - driving and atomized mucosolvan inhalation combined with holistic nursing in treating child severe bronchial pneumonia has the advantages of exact and quick effect, short treatment course, safety and high efficiency, which is easy and simple to operate, and worthy of being clinically popularized.关键词
