摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the rule of secretion of tumor necrosis factor - related apoptosis - inducing ligand (TRAIL) stimulated by sulfur mustard in dermal fibroblasts. Methods The ELISA method was used to detect the relationship between dose and efficacy and between time course and efficacy of TRAIL secretion adjusted by sulfur mustard. Results Dermal fibroblasts could secret certain amount of TRAIL, after sulfur mustard action, the secretion of TRAIL was significantly up - regulated with the time dependence and dose dependence (P < 0. 05). Conclusion The therapeutic mechanism of sulfur mustard for treating psoriasis might related with the promotion of the secretion of TRAIL.关键词
