我院389例药品不良反应报告分析
Analysis of 389 Cases of Adverse Drug Reactions Report in Our Hospital

Abstract
Objective To probe into the characteristics of adverse drug reaction (ADR) occurred in our hospital in order to promote rational drug use in clinic. Methods 389 ADR cases collected from our hospital from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed statistically by Excel electronic sheets and manual screening. Results Of 389 ADR cases, the patients aged over 60 occupied great proportions (201 cases, 51.67% ) . The ADR incidence of female patients was higher than that of male. ADR cases were mainly caused by Chinese patent medicines and TCM injections (22. 88% ), cardiovascular drugs (22.88%) and antimicrobial drugs (12. 85% ). Gastrointestinal reactions were the most common clinical manifestations (28. 79%). There were 5 cases (1.29%) of new severe ADR. 303 cases were improved and 86 cases were cured. There was no death case. Conclusion Chinese patent medicines and TCM injections, cardiovascular drugs, antimicrobial drugs are key point of ADR monitoring. Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring to promote rational use of drugs.关键词
