扶正愈瘿合剂配合左甲状腺素钠片治疗桥本甲状腺炎并甲状腺功能减退临床疗效评价
Clinical Effect of Fuzhengyvying Mixture and Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets in TreatingHashimoto's Thyroiditis Complicated with Hypothyroidism

Abstract
Objective To observe the curative effect of Puzhengyvying Mixture and Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets in treating Hashimoto's thyroiditis complicated with hypothyroidism caused by deficiency of spleen and kidney. Methods One hundred and twenty patients diagnosed as Hashimoto's thyroiditis complicated with hypothyroidism were divided into two groups randomly. The treatment group (60 cases) was given Fuzhengyvying Mixture and Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets, and the control group was given Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets. The differences between the two groups in symptoms and signs, the level of the thyroxin, TG-Ab and TPO-Ab, the thyroid gland volume and the isthmus thickness were observe. Results The symptoms and signs were improved significantly in treatment group compared with the control group (P<0.05). The level of the thyroxin, TG-Ab and TPO-Ab had significantly differences between the two groups. The thyroid gland volume and the isthmus thickness were improved significantly in the treatment group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Fuzhengyvying Mixture and Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets can treat Hashimoto's thyroiditis complicated with hypothyroidism effectively.关键词
