基于文本挖掘技术的慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床用药规律分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the regularity of clinical medication for chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases (COPD) with text mining technique. Methods We proposed an algorithm to retrieve simple and meaningful networks from large data sets of COPD in CBM. XML type data sets were transferred to the structured database of Microsoft SQL and visualized into different graphs by software excel and cytoscape. Results Theophylline, albuterol, ambroxol, cefoperazone, dexamethasone are the commonly used western medicine. Shenmai injection and Yuxingcao injection are the core Chinese patent medicine. We also found some combination therapy rules. Conclusion With the method of text mining, the regularity of clinical medication for COPD is demonstrated from the literature report frequency. However, further study should be deserves for combination between western medicine and traditional Chinese medcine.关键词
