Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determination of Tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhu Zhitong Drop Pills. Methods Tetrahydropalmatine in Yuanhu Zhitong Drop Pills was determined by HPLC. CAPCELL PAK C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The modbile phase was metanol : 0.02% potassium dihydrogen phosphate-0.96% potassium hydrogen phosphate (adjusted pH to 6.5 with phosphoric acid) = 55 : 45, with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 40 °C and UV detection wavelength was at 280 nm. Results Tetrahydropalmatine was linear at the range of 0.110-0.825 ng. The average recovery was 97.39% and RSD was 2.02% (n=6). Conclusion The established method is accurate, reliable and specific. The results are stable with good reproducibility. The quality of Yuanhu Zhitong Drop Pills can be controlled by the method.关键词
