活骨Ⅱ方对股骨头坏死模型兔血液流变学的影响
Effect of Huogu Ⅱ Fang on Model Rabbits of Osteonecrosis of Femoral Head in Blood Rheology

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Huogu Ⅱ Fang on osteonecrosis of femoral head model rabbits in blood rheology, and to explore its therapeutic mechanism in treating osteonecrosis of femoral head. Methods Forty-eight male Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into blank group, model group and Huogu group. After osteonecrosis of femoral head model was erected by liquid nitrogen freezing method, Huogu group received gastric perfusion of Huogu Ⅱ Fang decoction. Indexes of blood rheology and blood lipids were determined, and pathological morphology and vascular changes of femoral head were observed with HE staining and vascular ink perfusion after 2 and 4 weeks. Results Compared with the control group, empty lacunae increased, fatty degenerated, blood vessels become thin and reduced in the femoral head of model group, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit volume increased at 2 weeks (P<0.05), platelet aggregation and fibrinogen was significantly higher at 4 weeks (P<0.05). Compared with model group, in addition to significantly improved local pathology of femoral head structure and promoted angiogenesis in Huogu group, blood viscosity and triglyceride were also significantly reduced (P< 0.05 or P<0.01) at 2 weeks, also the amount of total cholesterol and LDL after 4 weeks (P<0.05). Conclusion Huogu Ⅱ Fang can effectively improve the model rabbits of osteonecrosis of femoral head with abnormal blood rheology, which would be one of the therapeutic mechanisms to promote bone repair of osteonecrosis of femoral head.关键词
