药用植物与丛枝菌根真菌的选择性侵染研究
Selectivity Infection of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi in Medicinal Plants

Abstract
Objective To observe the infection process and regularity of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) with plants. Methods The infection rate of 6 kinds of AMF (Glomus versiforme, Glomus aggregatum, Glomus mosseae, Glomus intraradices, Glomus constrictum and Glomus claroideum) in 4 kinds of medicinal plants (Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi, Ocimum basilicum non L., Artemisia annua L. And Atractylodes lancea (Thunb DC.) were studied. AMF spores were seperated with wet screening method. Results The infection rate of 4 kinds of AMF in a certain medicinal plant were different. The selectivity of different plants to a certain kind of AMF were also different. Conclusion The infection rate of G. Mosseae and G. Intraradices in all 4 kinds of medicinal plants were higher than the other AMF. It is suggested G. Mosseae and G. Intraradices are prefered AMF for medicinal plant research.关键词
