清瘟解毒分散片质量标准研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standard of Qingwen Jiedu Dispersible Tablets. Methods Radix scrophulariae, Fructus arctill and Radix puerariae in the formulation were identified by TLC. The content of baicalin was determined by HPLC with C18 column and using a mobile phase of MeOH-water-phosphonic acid (47 : 53 : 0.2) under the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The column temperature was 25 °C and the detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results The quanitative identification was specific. The linear range of the baicalin was 0.104-0.520 μg (r=0.999 8) and the average recovery rate was 98.72% (RSD=1.31%, n=5). Conclusion The eatablished standard is suitable for the quality control of Qingwen Jiedu Dispersible Tablets.关键词
