Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determination of paeoniflorin in Bazhen Daipaocha by HPLC. Methods ODS-C18 column (4.6 mmx250 mm, 5μm) was used, acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid (13 : 87) was the mobile phase, detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.102 8-1.285 μg. The regression equation was A - 1189.9C + 7.363 3, r=0.9999, and the average recovery was 102.0% with RSD of 1.4% (n=6). Conclusion This method was simple, accurate and proper, and the reduplication of the result was good. It can be used to determine paeoniflorin in Bazhen Daipaocha.关键词
