广痛消泡沫气雾剂止痛促愈合的实验研究
Experimental Study on Pain Relieving and Promoting Healing Efficacy of Guangtongxiao Foam Aerosol

Abstract
Objective To study the pain relieving efficacy of Guangtongxiao (GTX) foam aerosol on mice and promoting healing efficacy on rats. Methods The mice were divided into model group, normal group, bucinperazine group, GTX high-dose group, GTX medium-dose group and GTX small-dose group in the writhing test. The mice were intraperitoneally injected corresponding drugs and 0.6% acetic acid half an hour later, then the writhing numbers, writhing latency and writhing inhibition proportion were observed. In the hot-plate test, the mice were divided into saline group, bucinperazine group, GTX high-dose group, GTX medium-dose group and GTX small-dose group. The pain threshold was observed one hour before administration and half an hour after administration. Rats were divided into GTX group, saline group and Kangfuxin group in studying the promoting healing efficacy. Made wound on the back of rat with puncher and changed dressing every day. The wound healing rate on 1st, 7th, 14th day and wound healing time were observed. Results The writhing numbers of GTX large-, medium- and low-dose group were all less than the model group and bucinperazine group (P<0.05), the writhing latency of GTX large-, medium-and low-dose group were all longer than the model group and bucinperazine group (P<0.05). The increases of the percentage of pain threshold of GTX large- and medium-dose groups were higher than saline group, but had no significant differences compared with bucinperazine group (P>0.05). On the fourteenth day, the wound healing rate of GTX group was higher than saline group (P<0.05), but had no significant differences compared with Kangfuxin group (P>0.05). The healing time of GTX group was shorter than saline group (P<0.05), but had no significant differences compared with Kangfuxin group (P>0.05). Conclusion Guangtongxiao foam aerosol can relieve pain of the mice and promote wound healing on the rats measurably. The higher dose is used, the better efficacy will be obtained.关键词
