高效液相色谱法测定双黄连口服液有效部位中连翘苷含量
Datermination of Forsythin Content in Effective Parts of Shuanghuanglian Oral Liquid by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of Forsythin in effective parts of Shuanghuanglian oral liquid. Methods Hypersil ODS-C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) of Dalian Elite was used in HPLC with methanol-0.05%phosphate-water (35:65) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 278 nm. Resules Forsythin showed a linear relationship at the range of 0.143 6-1.436 μg. The average recovery rate was 99.91%, RSD=2.95%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and can be used for quality control of the effective parts of Shuanghuanglian.关键词
