Abstract
This thesis analyzes the problems and the causes in construction of teachers＇ ethics at higher vocational college.We can establish a sound mechanism for scientific leadership,perfect system construction,create environments for construction of ethics,improve the regulatory system of ethics evaluation and educate the teacher themselves to strengthen construction of teachers＇ ethics at higher vocational college.关键词
