“调神通络”针法对脑梗死患者临床疗效及血流变影响的研究
Clinical Efficacy and Hemorrheology of "Regulateng Mind and Unblocking Meridian"Needling Method for Treating Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and hemorrheology of "regulating mind and unblocking meridian" needling method for treating cerebral infarction. Methods: One hundred and sixteen patients were observed. Acupuncture ( " regulating mind and unblocking meridian" needling method) and control ( conventional acupuncture) groups were set up. The accepted clinical criteria for diagnosis and evaluation of curative effects and hemorrheology were used. Results: After four weeks treatment, the two groups improved the patients' symptom and sign, alleviated neurologic impairment and disability degree. The marked efficacy rate was 85. 0% in the patients treated by" regulatingmind and unblocking meridian "needling method and was better than that in the control group (73. 2% ) (P <0. 05 ) ,and it was safe without side effects. The indicators of hemorrheology in acupuncture group had a significant difference compared with control group (P <0. 05). Conclusion:" Regulating mind and unblocking meridian"needling method can significantly improve symptoms,signs,neural deficit, disability and reduce hemorrheology indicators in cerebral infarction patients. It is a simple and effective means for treating cerebral infarction.关键词
