健康人足三里穴灸感感传现象的初步研究
The Conduction of Moxibustion Sensation on Zusanli Acupoint

Abstract
Objective-.To prove the existence of moxibustion sensation conduction and to preliminarily summarize the law so as to provide certain reference for the application of moxibustion on Zusanli in clinic. Methods: Mild moxibustion on Zusanli among healthy people was used for 30 minutes. Observe the generation of moxibustion sensation and the phenomenon of its conduction along the meridian. Write down the feelings of moxibustion sensation, the appearing time of conduction, the length, the width, the depth and the direction of conduction. Results; 142 healthy volunteers had the phenomenon of sensation - conduction along the meridian. The average emerging time of the conduction was 17.46 minutes. The conduction along the meridians of the most volunteers was a one - way through the subcutaneous direction. The width was linear or girdle - shaped. Conclusion: Moxibustion can stimulate the conduction along meridians in healthy people, proving the existence of the phenomenon of sensation - conduction. Meanwhile, it provides some evidence for the existence of meridians. Compared with the traditional mild moxibustion, using the mild moxibustion to stimulate the phenomenon of conducting sensation along meridians on Zusanli acupoint, the manipulation time should be properly longer.关键词
