摘要
Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical research of acupuncturing the middle line of forehead combined with liver shu to treat liver - qi stagnation depression and find a new therapeutic method. Methods :40 patients met the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was used ac-upuncture method, and the control group was used oral fluoxetine. Before and after treatment with the Hamilton depression scale score, reduction rate to judge. Results.-After the treatment,the two groups were compared with the HAMD, which had a significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ) ; After the treatment, treatment group and control group, the total effective rate was 90% and 85% respectively. Conclusion;It is very effective to treat depression with liver - qi stagnation type by acupuncturing middle line of forehead and liver - shu point, which is worth pro-moting in clinics.关键词
