穴位贴敷治疗痛风性关节炎的疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe acupoint application in the treatment of gout arthritis. Methods; We chose ac-' tivity of gouty arthritis in 72 cases and randomly divided into control group of 36 cases and treatment group of 36 cases. Given the medicine of colchicine. According to TCM syndrome we gave different gout paste for selecting acupoint application. Results; There were significant differences in efficacy compared between treatment group and control group(P <0. 05). Before and after treatment,joint swelling and pain relief had a significant differ-ence (P <0. 05) , incidence rate of adverse reactions was 8. 33%. Conclusion: Local application of traditional Chinese medicine is better than western medicine.关键词
