摘要
Abstract
Educational democracy means ＂everyone has the right and opportunity to realize himself ＂.It covers educational equity and equality,and the specific concept showes in the thought of ＂education for all＂,＂overall education＂ and ＂lifelong education＂.Education is the foundation of a nation＇s development,and educational equity is the base of a society＇s justice.So if we want to achieve the aim of equity in VET and make VET the kind of education that is open to all kinds of people and anyone who want can get to,we must study the concept of educational democracy and take action to realize the three thoughts mentioned above,and give it support from system as well as policy.关键词
