The Study on the Current Situation about Vocational Education and Training of the New Generation of Urban Migrant Workers
摘要
Abstract
Vocational education and training about the new generation of migrant workers is actually creating a new generation of industrial workers in China,and its great significance.From the current situation,mainly in the training failed to effectively convey information,supply and demand imbalance,the threshold is high and a weak attraction,promotion of employment reflects the lack of functional problems.By analyzing the communication mechanism,the mechanism of integration of resources,supervision and restraint mechanisms,training convergence mechanism draw the corresponding countermeasures.关键词
