Abstract
Teachers in high-skilled personnel training to improve the quality of an important guarantee for the establishment to meet the requirements of vocational characteristics ＂Dual—qualified＂ Teachinng Team,the rapid development of both the reality of vocational education needs,but also the protection of higher vocational education reform.Based on the analysis of the standard of higher vocational education ＂Dual—qualified＂ Teachinng Team,this essay explores the ＂Dual—qualified＂ Teachinng Team Construction model,and proposes specific initiatives on＂Dual—qualified＂Teachinng Team Construction.关键词
