Abstract
Technical undergraduate education is not clear that who should be included and what should be done to determine the goals of talents.There will be more and more areas need it with the development of society and economy.Therefore,it is in an important development period now.They＇re discussed in this paper such as the connotation of Technical undergraduate education,the ones who should participate in to determine the education goals and which principles should be abide by in this process.关键词
