职业教育吸引力问题研究：一个管理学的诠释框架
Study on the Attractiveness of Vocational Education Based on Framework of Management Functions

Abstract
Vocational education is an important part of Chinese educational system.Its attractiveness can be enhanced from different perspectives.Using the framework of management functions for interpreting the attractiveness of vocational education should be a new focus on it.By analyzing decision-making functions,planning functions,functions of the organization,leadership functions,control functions,and innovative functions,the author put forward to promoting the occupation education attractive system initiative from the six perspectives of management function.关键词
