Abstract
This dissertation,in allusion to the characteristics of vocational education in rural areas,expounded the principles of constructing vocational skills training system.According to the law of skills formation,divided into three kinds of professional competence,proposed five types of vocational skills training system,and indicated several recommendations about strengthening the professional capacity.关键词
