Abstract
To investigate the association of liver enzymes with abnormal glycometabolism.MethodsBloodsamples were collected from 40 cases with type2 diabetes mellitus (DM), 42 cases with impaired fasting blood glucose (IFG) and 58 cases with normal blood fasting glucose. Fasting blood glucose (FBG), serum lipid, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), y-glutamyltransferase(GGT) were determined.ResultsIn control group,IFG group and DM group, ALT, ALP and GGT were gradually elevated. AST in control group were lower than IFG group and DM group, but the latter two groups had no statistic difference. When subjects with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) were excluded, ALT and AST in IFG and DM groups were higher than those in control group, while ALP and GGT were gradually elevated in control group, IFG group and DM group. In control group ALT and AST in NAFLD subjects were remarkable higher than those in non-NAFLD subjects. In IFG group ALP and GGT of subjects with NAFLD were higher than non-NAFLD subjects. ALT and GGT were elevated in subjects with NAFLD in DM group.ConclusionALT, AST, ALP and GGT are the marks for early abnormalglycometabolism. Patients with NAFLD often have higher liver enzyme levels than non-NAFLD ones.关键词
