儿科多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌产β-内酰胺酶的研究
Distribution of β-lactamases in multidrug resistant acinetobacter baumannii from pediatric patients

Abstract
To investigate the distribution of P-lactamase in multidrug resistant acinetobacter baumannii(MRAB).A total of 123 clinical isolates of acinetobacter baumannii were collected from pediatric patients. Antimicrobialsusceptibility test was carried out for these isolates using Kirby-Bauer (K-B) method. Forty five strains of MRAB were isolated. Homology was analyzed by PFGE. The OXA-23, OXA-24, OXA-51, OXA-58 genes were amplified by PCR.ResultsAmong123 isolates of acinetobacter baumannii, more than 60% were resistant to most antibiotics, but were all sensitive to polymyxin B. The resistance rates were low to minocycline (3.8%) and cefoperazone-sulbactam (27.7%). According to PFGE,45 isolates of MRAB can be divided into three types with type A as predominant. All strains were positive for OXA-51, 77.8% was positive for OXA-23; while, OXA-24 and OXA-58 were all negative.ConclusionThere is a wide prevalence of MRAB in pediatric patientsand OXA-23 may be associated with multidrug resistance.关键词
