洛铂联合替加氟治疗晚期食管癌的临床观察

Abstract
Objective To observe the recent efficacy and toxicity of lobaplatin plus futraful chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma. Methods Twenty-six patients in the observing group were treated with lobaplatin plus futraful regimen; lobaplatin 30 mg/m2 ivdrip dl and futraful 500 mg/m3 ivdrip dl~5; while the other 22 patients in the control group were treated with cisplatin plus 5-Fu regimen: cisplatin 20 mg/m2 ivdrip dl~4 and 5-Fu 500 mg/m2 ivdrip dl~d5. 21 days were as a cycle. The efficacy was evaluated after two cycles. Results The efficacy and toxicity could be assessed in all the 48 patients. The response rate of the observing and control group were 53. 8% (14/26) and 50. 0% (11/ 22), respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the recent efficacy (P> 0.05). However, gastrointestinal reactions and thrombocytopenia showed significant difference (P < 0.05). Conclusion Lobaplatin plus futraful regimen is safe and effective in the treatment of advanced e-sophageal carcinoma.关键词
