摘要

Abstract

CFD simulation and CWT test results of vehicle cooling module air flow performance are presented. The analyzed results of 15 measured points flow data under four vehicle speeds (20. 50. 90 and 110) km/h show that the results of the simulation are very closely to the test results and the error is within permissible limits. This work verified the accuracy of CFD analysis. It is of important significance on vehicle development because the CFD simulation can replace the vehicle cooling module flow test totally so as to save developing cost.
