摘要

Abstract

After introducing the state of arts of HCFCs alternatives, the thermodynamic properties, cycling performance and flammability of the typical HCFCs refrigerants R22 and R502 and their traditional substitute refrigerants ( R410A, R407C, R404A, R507A), and several kinds of alternatives for R22 with low greenhouse effect (R161, R290, RTJU4, R32, R717 and R1234yf) which could be used for air-conditioning, freeze and refrigeration are analyzed and compared. The result shows that the R161, R290, RTJU4, R717 and R32 with zero ODP and low GWP have better thermodynamic parameters and heat transfer characteristics than the traditional substitutes for HCFCs, and some refrigerants have better cycling performance under certain application conditions. The flammability of the R32, R1234yf and RTJU4 are all lower, while the RTJU4 holds an obvious advantage on the system cycling performance. R717 holds better thermodynamic property, heat transfer characteristic and cycling performance, and has stronger alternative potential after the further improvements on the system and components.
