数码涡旋多联机制热控制策略的研究
Heating Control Strategy of VRF with Digital Scroll Compressor
摘要
Abstract
A 10HP variable refrigerant flowrate air conditioning system (VRF AC) with digital scroll compressor was developed. Based on the unstable running characteristics of the VRF AC, the new control strategy including the control model of compressor output ratio and control measure of switching between compressors has been proposed. In the control model of compressor output ratio, the average value of discharge pressures in an adjustment period is used as the current discharge pressure to regulate the output capacity of compressor according to a certain objective pressure range. And the determined principle of based value in the objective pressure range is proposed in this paper. Furthermore, in order to improve coefficient of performance(COP), in the compressors switching model, the digital scroll compressor is set as high priority compressor, and the output ratio is adjusted to be 100%, and then the constant compressor starts. Experiments show that the control strategy is feasible to improve the system stability, reliability and COP.关键词
