Abstract
The performance of fin-tube heat exchanger is variable with not only condition parameters, but also structure parameters. So a performance analysis model was established to comprehensively analyze and to predict the performance of fin-tube heat exchanger with variable condition and variable structure. The calculated results of the model were verified by the experimental data: the mean relative deviations are lower than 6% under dry conditions or 20% under wet conditions, which show a good agreement both in numerical value and changing trend. So the variable condition and structural characteristics of fin-tube were precisely simulated and analyzed by the model. Results of the analysis will not only apply in optimizing the structural design of the product and the selection of the heat exchangers, but also help to determine the suitability of control strategies due to change in cooling load.关键词
