摘要

Abstract

A new scheme, which takes nitrogen as a cold source and utilizes a micro-throttle refrigerator to cool the nitrogen, is presented for satisfying the temperature-drop demands of cryomicroscope. An elementary diagram of cryo-microscope's novel cold source system is given. To determine the parameters of throttle tubes (internal diameter and length), the optimum throttling pressure, temperature drop, the refrigerating capacity and nitrogen consumption, three experiments was conducted. The results show that the internal diameter and length of the throttle tubes made by stainless steel should be 0.3mm and 10mm respectively. Meanwhile, the optimum pressure before throttling is 7Mpa. The temperature drop, the refrigerating capacity and the nitrogen consumption of this system all satisfy the requirement of the system.
