摘要

Abstract

In order to establish test-bench without oil, hydraulic diaphragm pumps are used for the power cycle in this study. The boiling heat transfer of environmentally friendly refrigerant R410A and R22 as working fluids in the horizontal and inner-grooved copper tubes (p5mm and p9.52mm) were investigated experimentally, and the boiling heat transfer performance of the two refrigerant was compared. The effect of refrigerant mass flow rate, changes of.external water flow rate and diameter of tubes on the pressure drop and heat transfer coefficient are analyzed. Experimental results show that heat transfer coefficient increases with the increase of water flow rate, and the size of diameter has greater impact on the heat transfer coefficient. In the same flow rate, heat transfer coefficient of the 9. 52mm tube is 1.32-7.22 times as the 5mm tube.
